R & E Financial Group, LLC, operating under the brand ORA Systems ("ORA," "we," "us"), provides web design, marketing analysis, and automation services through the Blueprint program. Blueprint includes a Business Health Index (BHI) audit, AI-generated website, email sequences, competitor analysis, SMS setup assistance, and related deliverables as described on the offer page at the time of purchase.
ORA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of Blueprint with reasonable notice. Material reductions in deliverables entitle the client to a pro-rated refund.
Important: Blueprint is a web design and marketing analysis service. Nothing in your Blueprint report, website, or any ORA communication constitutes tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. ORA Systems is not a licensed tax preparer, attorney, financial advisor, or CPA. Do not rely on Blueprint deliverables as a substitute for professional consultation in those fields.
ORA Systems (the web design and automation brand of R & E Financial Group, LLC) is not affiliated with United Tax Pros of Valdosta or any tax preparation service. R & E Financial Group, LLC's tax franchise operations are conducted separately and independently. If you need tax services, contact a qualified tax professional.
Blueprint deliverables — including the BHI audit report, website copy, email sequences, and competitor analysis — are generated using artificial intelligence. While ORA reviews all outputs before delivery, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables before publishing or acting on them. ORA is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Marketing and business results are not guaranteed. Blueprint is a tool designed to identify gaps and provide resources — actual revenue outcomes depend on many factors outside ORA's control, including your market, competition, pricing, product quality, and how you implement the recommendations. Individual results will vary.
Blueprint is a one-time fee of $299 USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All fees are charged at the time of purchase and are subject to the refund policy below.
Third-party costs are the client's responsibility. This includes but is not limited to: Twilio SMS service (~$1.15/month per number, billed by Twilio directly), domain registration and hosting (if applicable), and any other platforms required to use Blueprint deliverables.
ORA offers the following guarantee: if your Blueprint report does not identify at least 5 specific, actionable gaps in your online presence, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
Upon full payment, you own the website, copy, emails, and PDF deliverables created for your business. ORA retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, audit methodologies, software, and the Blueprint system itself. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute ORA's frameworks or audit system.
By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box at checkout, you consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages and emails from R & E Financial Group, LLC d/b/a ORA Systems regarding your Blueprint results, website delivery, and related services. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, R & E Financial Group, LLC (d/b/a ORA Systems), its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Blueprint, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. ORA's total liability for any claim arising from Blueprint shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Blueprint order giving rise to the claim ($299).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase of Blueprint shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lowndes County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action waiver: you agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Lead and order information is retained for 3 years for operational and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by emailing support@orasystemsllc.com — requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@orasystemsllc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
